Why my maintenance and not another?
Because there's someone with judgment behind it. Tools automate, but only a person with experience knows what to update, when to do it and what to do when something fails. That person is me.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan whenever you need to. The change will be effective on your next monthly billing.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There's no commitment. The service renews month to month and you can cancel whenever you need to, giving at least 5 days notice.
Does maintenance include fixing security issues?
No. Security audits and reviews detect vulnerabilities and explain what to fix and how. If you want me to fix them, I'll provide a separate quote. Many clients hire me for the fixes after receiving the report.
What if I need design changes or new features?
Maintenance doesn't include development or design changes, but I can quote them separately. Many of my maintenance clients commission specific improvements from me.
Are backups included in all plans?
Yes. Weekly for the Essential and Professional plans, and daily for the Total plan. All copies are stored off your server for security.
What happens to my website if I cancel the service?
Your website continues to function normally. Before finishing, I deliver a complete backup and make sure everything is properly updated.
